3. Click on “Join Now” under Sunrider Customer. 4. Fill out the customer form with your information. You will be asked to create your own login and password. Save this as you will need it every time you login.

6. When you are all signed up you will see a link where you can shop for products. Click on that link or go back to shop.sunrider.com.
7. Woohoo!! Now you are all signed up and ready to order! Here is a guide of how to find the Sunrider foods:

For QUINARY Click on HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS—> Then HERBAL CONCENTRATES—> On the bottom right hand corner click on next page. There you will find QUINARY in capsule, packet, and liquid form (Liquifive).
Those are the foundation foods which are recommended for the first 6 months consistently. After 6 months, we can re-evaluate where your body is to see if any fine tuning products are needed, but most of the time, the body goes through such an amazing transformation within 6 months, that what may have been needed before, is no longer needed. Its pretty amazing!
8. For Shipping, UPS is best and cheapest. It usually takes 2 days shipping and the price of shipping varies between $8.50-$10.50. The fast shipping is so nice!
