Chia Seed Pudding


1/3 C Organic Chia seeds (whole)

2 C Coconut Milk

pinch cinnamon optional

pinch sea salt optional

5 drops Sunnydew raw stevia or vanilla creme sweet leaf stevia

  1. Pour milk into a glass container
  2. Add chia seeds
  3. Stir every 15-20 minutes for an hour
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Refrigerate
  6. Enjoy with Sunrider Nuplus, mixed with yogurts and/or fresh berries
  7. PS. I also top with coconut milk whipped cream (also in my recipes)
