Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

1 can chilled (at least 6 hours) Thai canned coconut  milk

5 drops sunnydew stevia

dash cinommon and vanilla

Scoop cream off top of chilled coconut milk. Save water at the bottom for a smoothie… Add other ingredients and whip on high until it thickens. Store in a glass container for a week or more (I doubt it will last that long;))
