1. The Philosophy of Regeneration: This is the fundamental philosophy behind all of Sunrider’s food products. Most nutritional companies market products simply because they know the products will be popular. Purely Balanced 
I recently started taking Alpha20C. I also ordered VitaShake but was disappointed to learn upon receiving it that it contains Folic Acid and Cyanocobalamin which are both synthetic forms of vitamins. I have a genetic condition, as do many others, called MTHFR C677T. This makes it very difficult for my body to utilize such non-food vitamins and they build up like toxins. It would be awesome to find a drink supplement that contained natural occurring vitamins such as Methylfolate or methylcobolamin.

When I recommend Sunrider Foods, I stick with the foundation foods. Nuplus, Calli Tea, Fortune Delight Tea, Quinary, and Sunnydew. After a few months of the recommended and consistent consumption of these foods, if there is still a weak area of the body I might recommend the addition of some fine tuning combos. But I rarely recommend the shake or snacks because these are known as bridge products. They are a way to help people who aren’t ready to eat the more plain unsweetened but more nutritious foundation foods. There may be a few un desirable ingredients in the bridge foods, but I can guarantee the nutrition out weighs the cons and is an upgrade to other chemical laden shakes. Hope this helps.
